   standard database formats. 
2. When entering your ID and password, use all lower case characters.
3. If you are uploading a file that is > 10 MB, please notify Address N’ Mail in advance.
4. At 40K bps, the average upload time for an 1 MB file is 2 minutes.
5. To decrease the upload time either use a common delimited format (.csv) or Zip your file 
   before uploading it.
